This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you interact with Agent FOMO across WhatsApp, web apps, and APIs.
By using the Service, you acknowledge the data practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with these practices, please discontinue use of the Service.
We collect only the information necessary to provide and personalize our event discovery service: (a) Contact Information: your WhatsApp phone number, display name, and optional email if provided; (b) Location Preferences: approximate geographic areas or cities you indicate to find relevant local events; (c) Taste & Interaction History: event categories, likes, dislikes, search queries, and swipes used to train your recommendation model; (d) Technical Data: standard device, browser, and IP information collected automatically on our website.
Sensitive Information: Certain optional preferences (such as accessibility requirements, birth date for age-appropriate filtering, or interest in adult/LGBTQ+ events) are collected only when voluntarily shared and explicitly approved in conversation. Inferred Preferences: Our AI may infer category or venue affinities from chat interactions. You may inspect, correct, or request deletion of your stored taste profile at any time.
We use your information to: (a) operate and maintain the Service, delivering personalized event recommendations; (b) send alerts, digests, or ticket notifications you explicitly subscribed to; (c) connect ticket buyers and sellers by exchanging phone numbers only upon mutual trade requests; (d) compile anonymized aggregate analytics regarding scene activity and popularity; and (e) detect and prevent abuse, spam, or technical issues.
We process personal data under applicable law (including the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981) based on: (a) your explicit consent; (b) contractual necessity to deliver the features you request; (c) our legitimate interest in operating and enhancing our cultural guide platform; and (d) compliance with legal obligations.
We do NOT sell your personal data. We disclose information only in limited circumstances: (a) Service Providers: trusted cloud, hosting, and analytics infrastructure providers under confidentiality terms; (b) Ticket Counterparties: when a ticket trade match is confirmed, your name and phone number are shared solely with the matched counterparty to complete the trade; (c) Legal Requirements: when required by enforceable subpoena, warrant, or statutory requirement; and (d) Aggregate Insights: non-identifiable, aggregated statistics displayed on public dashboards.
Event organizers can promote events to matched audiences. Paid recommendations are visibly marked as sponsored in the chat. Advertisers receive only aggregate performance metrics and never receive your identity or contact details.
You can opt out of proactive messages and promotional notifications at any time by replying 'הסר' or 'STOP' in the WhatsApp chat. Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, you have the statutory right to request removal from any direct marketing database.
To assist ticket discovery, the Service may process publicly posted event ticket requests (such as public group posts). Such data is used exclusively to facilitate active trades and is not used for marketing. Anyone whose details were processed this way can reply 'הסר' or contact us for prompt deletion.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law.
You may request permanent erasure of your profile, taste history, and subscriptions at any time by using the data deletion tool in the chat (or telling the agent 'delete my data'), followed by sending /reset to clear conversation memory.
We implement technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. While we maintain rigorous security standards, no internet transmission is completely immune to vulnerabilities.
The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 16. If we discover that personal data from a child under 16 has been gathered, we will delete it promptly.
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, inspect, correct, or request deletion of your personal data held in our systems, and to withdraw previously given consent. To exercise these rights, message the agent or contact us via WhatsApp.
